In Your Day-to-Day, You Will
- Welcome clients and patients while providing exceptional customer service during emergency and specialty visits.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications.
- Obtain accurate patient and client information and maintain medical records.
- Coordinate with veterinarians, technicians, and hospital staff to support efficient patient flow.
- Assist clients with estimates, payments, and general hospital information.
- Provide compassionate support to clients during emotionally challenging situations.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture.
What You Bring
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
